Delivery
We offer FREE to Northern Ireland and Mainland UK. Our deliveries are all processed and products delivered within Northern Ireland usually take up to 3 working days. Any products being delivered to Mainland UK are usually within 6 working days.
It is our intention that we deliver the majority of our orders with 7 working days of your payment clearing, this does depend however on your location & the stock availability of the goods. (Many items are delivered within 3 days)
All of our products are delivered FREE. We would like to make you aware that our vehicle is equipped with one driver. Therefore, we are unable to offer the service of carrying large / heavy products upstairs. In the interest of safety these items will be delivered to the nearest access point.
We always endeavour to delivery on time. Unfortunately, sometimes this can be beyond our control, such as item out of stock or sure times when we have received exceptionally high volume of sales. If this was to happen, we would contact immediately with an update delivery schedule.
Items can only be delivered to the address provided to us at time of sale. If you have any special requests or requirements please notify these at point of sale or at you earliest convenience to keep your order processing smoothly. A valid signature is required upon delivery; at this point you will become responsible for the goods.
